All three rooms are housed in one of the buildings in the complex called “Casa Piazza,” named after the last family to inhabit it. It is a three-story house with balcony, entirely dedicated to hospitality, perfectly preserved. The restoration was done in a philological manner using only traditional materials: oak wood, natural lime, local stone. Special attention was given to lime as this material was typical of the area and the valley, so much so that the Campelli family produced it with a small quarry in the woods above the houses. Having rediscovered the quarry during the restoration, the lime for the plasters was obtained by mixing local inert into the mixture. The resulting grouts and plasters thus took on the color of the local earth, giving uniqueness to the intervention and harmony between architecture, history and place.

In addition to the three rooms, the “whole house” formula includes a large living room, kitchen and loft for the exclusive use of guests.
