ACETAIA "ABC" AT TARASCONI PALACE
Palazzo Tarasconi di Costa di Castrignano can be reached on foot with a beautiful walk of about 1 hour from the Rocca di Valle di Castrignano, or by car in a few minutes.
Here you can visit the 18th-century palace and taste the balsamic vinegar produced by Stefania and Ugo in the tower of the complex.

PIC-NIC AT THE LAKE
During the summer, farmers of yesteryear used to eat out in the fields, under a tree, so as not to interrupt their hard work. Grab your picnic basket and take a short walk to our little pond for a farmer’s picnic featuring nutritious local specialties provided by La Rocca.

TOUR TO TORRECHIARA CASTLE
Torrechiara was one of the first examples in which the preservation of architecture and landscape came together in a single initiative. It can be said that those who preserved it believed at the time that the monument was not the castle itself, but rather the inseparable combination of architecture and landscape. A certified guide will take you inside and explain the history, art, architecture, and landscape of this splendid Renaissance structure.

Do you enjoy walking and experiencing landscape and nature?
During your stay at the Rocca you can book numerous hikes or e-bikes and explore the surrounding area comfortably, starting and returning to the Rocca, thanks to the many hiking opportunities that the protected area reserves.
You can do this by booking a private hiking guide or on your own, thanks to the trails provided by the Rocca.
