Discover this unique moment together with Elena who will personally accompany you to our cheese factory to see the processing stages of La Rocca Parmigiano Reggiano.

Groups of 1 to 4 people: €150
Groups of 5 or more people: €40 per person
- Departure from Rocca di Valle di Castrignano at 08:15 for those staying overnight
- Meeting at Caseificio la Rinascita at 08:45 sharp for those who book the service only
At the end of the visit, a delicious tasting will be held at the Rocca di Valle di Castrignano
